Welcome to Learn to Skate! Learn to Skate is a group skating curriculum designed to teach the fundamentals of ice skating in a positive and fun atmosphere to children, teens, and adults. Learn to Skate provides the best foundation for figure skating, hockey, and speed skating. Skaters progress at their own rate and advance to the next level after skill mastery is demonstrated.

Classes
The Learn to Skate classes offer a group skating curriculum designed to teach basics through advanced skating skills. We offer a program that is fun, challenging and rewarding for children and adults ages 3 and up. Skaters will progress at their own rate and advance to the next skating level after skill mastery is demonstrated. Class includes 25 instruction and 25-minute practice time. Helmets are recommended but not required. (bike helmets are fine!)
Prerequisites
Ages 3 and up
Fees
8-week session, $120
Required Equiptment
Dress warm in layers and remember gloves! A helmet (bike, ski, or similar) is recommended for all beginner participants. Recreational rental skates are included with your registration.
Progression
Skaters will progress and move up levels as skills are mastered.
The Learn to Hockey Skate classes offer a group skating curriculum designed to teach basics through advanced hockey skating skills without the use of sticks or pucks! We offer a program that is fun, challenging and rewarding for children and adults ages 3 and up. Skaters will learn or improve their balance, edge quality and speed. Skaters will progress at their own rate and advance to the next hockey level after skill mastery is demonstrated. Class includes 25 instruction and 25 minute practice time. Helmets are recommended but not required. (bike helmets are fine!)
